2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for safety/legal reasons:

  • Opened contact lens boxes.
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved frames, special tint lenses).
  • Clearance/final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”).

  • Free: Returns due to our error (wrong item, defect).
